Baked Fish Fillet Herbs Lemon (Print Version)

Tender white fish baked with garlic, oregano, thyme, and fresh lemon slices. A light, healthy meal ready in 30 minutes.

# What You Need:

→ Fish

01 - 4 (5-6 oz each) white fish fillets such as cod, haddock, or tilapia, skinless and boneless

→ Marinade & Seasonings

02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
04 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 1 tsp dried oregano
06 - 1 tsp dried thyme
07 - ½ tsp salt
08 - ¼ tsp black pepper

→ Topping

09 - 1 lemon, thinly sliced
10 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F.
02 - Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels and place them in a lightly greased baking dish.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
04 - Brush the marinade evenly over both sides of the fish fillets.
05 - Arrange lemon slices on top of the fillets.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
07 - Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
