01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined—do not overwork the mixture.
03 - Roll the mixture into small balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter, and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Lightly brush the tops with olive oil to promote even browning during baking.
05 - Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
06 - Allow to cool slightly before serving warm or at room temperature.
