05 - Lightly grease the preheated waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray or melted butter.
06 - Pour approximately 1/2 cup batter into the waffle iron, close the lid, and cook for 4–5 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
07 - Remove waffles and keep warm. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve immediately with maple syrup, fresh berries, or powdered sugar.
