Broiled lobster tails glazed with aromatic garlic butter, ready in 25 minutes for elegant dining.

# What You Need:

→ Seafood

01 - 4 lobster tails (about 6 oz each), thawed if frozen

→ Garlic Butter

02 - 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 1 tsp lemon juice
06 - ½ tsp paprika
07 - ¼ tsp salt
08 - ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

→ Garnish

09 - Lemon wedges, for serving
10 - Extra chopped parsley (optional)

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat your oven broiler to high and position a rack in the upper third of the oven.
02 - Using kitchen shears, cut down the center of the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping at the tail fin. Gently lift the meat, keeping it attached at the base, and rest it on top of the shell.
03 - In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
04 - Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with foil. Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
05 - Broil the lobster tails for 8–10 minutes or until the meat is opaque and slightly browned, basting once more halfway through with the butter mixture.
06 - Serve immediately with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
