17 - 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

→ Hot Honey Drizzle

18 - 3 tbsp honey
19 - 1 tbsp hot sauce
20 - 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
21 - Pinch of chili flakes

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F.
02 - Toss bell pepper, zucchini, and broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 18-20 minutes, stirring halfway, until tender and lightly browned.
03 - While vegetables roast, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
04 - Add garlic, ground beef, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook, breaking up the meat, until browned and cooked through for about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
05 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, and chili flakes.
06 - To assemble, divide cooked rice or quinoa among 4 meal prep containers. Top with roasted vegetables, black beans, and ground beef mixture.
